I don't think they take trade ins. But ask them. There are several used appliance stores in the area. I would check with them.
I'm not sure about the upright freezer, but they do have different size chest freezers

They sell new. They sell parts. They repair. You should call to find out more but there are companies that only sell scratch and dent
