I referred them to a someone that was in need of water utility assistance. Firstly, they took almost 10 min to answer the phone. Secondly when the young lady called in stating that she needed water utility assistance and that her water was disconnected. They proceeded to tell her that they'll give her a call back in three weeks or more. So now she has to go without water with a husband that's on heart medicine. Don't trust them they take way to long. They should be ashamed of themselves

This place is not easy to reach or receive funds from at all. I often wonder if the government funding that's released to this Douglas County Site are in the realm of $500 too $1000. The a/c help this year started on the 5/2 & by 5/5 they had no more Funds. 😢 I am just not sure what to think at this point! But if you are one of the Lottery Winners to be a Recipient of their Funds, I'm sure it does make a difference!
