I have called this place several times each time I call there’s a gentleman that answered the phone by the name of Bob he always tells me that they cannot assist with utilities he also asked if your utilities are in a disconnection notice that is the only way they will assess what’s the use and receiving government money and funds if you’re not gonna assist people ,Are you picking and choosing who your going to assist.This place need’s to be investigated to see how the funds are really being distributed.
