We were very happy there for 3+ years until we relocated to another state. Beautiful setting, apartment was great with amenities and tons of storage space. Management staff were always helpful and friendly and neighbors were lovely!

Beautiful place to live. The cottages are just so cute and service as well as maintenance is top of the line. Exclusively for seniors. They will be building a new section soon.

As we are a “55 and better” active adult community, our lease does have a provision in place regarding guests under 55 staying with you, but a few nights in the summer would absolutely be permitted. At this time, our pool is residents only. If you choose to visit our property, our Leasing Agents would be happy to answer any further questions or concerns on the topic.
