We have a 7 year old and 9 year old great granddaughters that occasionally spend a night or two with us, especially in the summer. Would they be welcomed at The Spinney? Would we be able to bring them to the pool?

Hi Anne, thank you for your question and for your interest in The Spinney! As we are a “55 and better” active adult community, our lease does have a provision in place regarding guests under 55 staying with you, but a few nights in the summer would absolutely be permitted. At this time, our pool is residents only. If you choose to visit our property, our Leasing Agents would be happy to answer any further questions or concerns on the topic.
