Clean, comfortable cabin rentals. Beautiful, relaxing property. Highly recommended for those wanting to get away to an isolated location. No cell service, but the cabins have good Wi-Fi and I was able to make and receive calls using wi-fi calling.

My fiancé and I stayed here previously and it was amazing. We visited again several months later and it was a nightmare. After driving 3.5 hours and a stressful time just getting there, we walked in to a musty, moldy smelling apartment that was very humid. We then relax on the couch and discover that there was feces under the cushion from what we expect was an animal. When I contacted the manager, Deb, she told me it wasn't possible that there was feces of an animal in that cabin because pets were not allowed. I told her a flea also jumped on me. She asked "do you want to leave?". She refused to acknowledge my problem or to try and assist me, other than tell me I could leave. I have been doing Property Management for a long time and the response to my issue was baffling. The rudeness of this person was unbelievable. I had to cover the couch with a bed sheet taken off the bed because there were no other sheets or nothing else to cover the disgusting couch with. There was no where else to sit except the nasty couch. But aside from the filth, what was so disappointing was the response to our problem. We decided to stay because finding another place was too difficult and defeated the purpose of trying to relax on my fiancé's birthday. I suggested a dehumidifier, replace the windows which had broken seals and the couch too, which was not only laden with feces and fleas, but old and ugly. We will not be going back. Very disappointing.
