Horrible horrible horrible!! I use to go here years ago when they were originally located on Forest Drive. I had a steady nail technician: Ann. I used her my entire 3.5years in Columbia. She use to be good but now it’s purely just money to them. I was called in early due to Hurricane Ian which I didn’t mind at all. But to be rushed my nails shape isn’t what I asked for. It’s clear that my actual nail I still exposed. I use liquid gel she kept trying to give me acrylic. Then I asked for her to do my pedicure. She removed an ingrown mail without my feet even soaking. It hurt soo freaking bad. Then tapped my feet and said “She do good for you.” $190 a pure waste. Toenails were polished horribly. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. When I called to speak with a manager the representative said we’ll come back I’ll let Ann know.

I am forever in love with getting my nails done at Posh II off Killian Road by the Chik Fil A. It’s been about a year and not once had a bad experience. I take in a picture from instagram and show the girl at the front desk - they all discuss, then they put me with a nail tech who they know can do that special design or style for me. I usually get three weeks out of visit. My nails never pop, break, or chip. The staff is so wonderful and my off Wednesday when I go in for a pedicure, it’s the perfect time to just relax. Pricing is on point with service. Absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It wasn’t a horrible experience. The pedicure and manicure was ok but it’s really annoying that my gel polish peeled off after 2 days. I knew when she was doing it that it seemed like she wasn’t letting them cure long enough. It’s expensive to get nails and toes done and to have to go somewhere else a few days later. I know y’all are just trying to get customers in and out as quick as possible but be conscious that these people are giving you their money and they deserve better quality work.
