She stopped working on me to work on another client. I waited and waited finally when I was leaving she yelled “She had an appointment “ I should have been informed she had someone else soon and gave me the option to wait. One other person was just on there phone. 🤦‍♀️

They were rude. As another reviewer stated, they claim to take walk-ins and don't. They don't have a website so you you can't make an appointment until they open and you call. I walked in @9:30am, they open @9:00am. The lady was really rude and the other lady that was walking around doing nothing looked at me nastily. They had 2 clients in the whole salon, another had just walked out probably bc of the rudeness. This place is no cheaper than others. I went up the street to a more modern, cleaner, up to date salon and was treated with better customer service, the cost was $84 for mani/pedi with gel. These establishments are rude to US bc we continue to patronize their business no matter how they treat US. I visited several nail salons in the past few months, they were rude except the one I mentioned above....but the others did not do good Mani and Pedicures but expected a tip on top of the high prices and rudeness. The hair stores I frequent they are nice and they employ other ethnicity's bc they know their clientele base.
