I remembered why I stopped going here. Use to spend a lot of money and time here. Filthy, low to no customer service, no one at check out, and my nails look like I had them for weeks. They looked good in the shop, then as soon as I left I saw all the imperfections. Won't be back.

Made an appointment to come in at 12 PM. Was told to sit at a nail station, but then wasn’t even acknowledged for 25 minutes after seeing 3 people come in after me and they got their services performed right away. Once they finally started soaking off my previous dip powder, I sat there for another 15 minutes before someone came up to me. I stated that I just wanted to get this done with and forget the polish. The staff then started to tell me about how this has to soak for a while even though I have gotten my nails done countless times and it doesn’t take that long. Had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to come and take the rest of the remaining polish and then charged me $10 for my visit. Feel like they are constantly rushing and not taking their appointment times in consideration that I made an appointment for a reason. Will not be returning.
