The hot tub is was dirty when I come and the heating system is also broken. The maintenance was not timely for those issues.

I am rating this a 1 due to the lack of cleanliness and the management companies poor response to our complaint list. We rented Snow Hill Views 10/28/2022-10/31/2022 When we arrived on Friday 10/28/2022 we noticed the bedspread had a stain about the size of a grapefruit, (we came in late SUNDAY to find a plastic garbage bag with a blanket in it on the floor of the entry way), numerous dead flies, spiders, roaches, spider webs in all the corners/windows. There was thick layer dust in the window sills and other areas. The hot tub appeared to be leaking underneath and reeked of mold/mildew. There were broken tiles on the floor and in general the cabin has obviously not been well maintained. NONE of our complaints were properly addressed!!!

Our whole experience was great. I needed to call several times prior to our check in date with questions and everyone I talked with on the phone was helpful and friendly. The cabin was adorable and comfortable, with a great wrap around porch, hot tub, and seclusion. The surrounding area was beautiful, especially this time of year. You could find yourself lost in the wilderness (in a good way I mean), or find yourself enjoying the attractions and creature comforts in nearby Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. This trip was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed, and I am already thinking about planning another trip through this company.

Ya really big car show in town and it seems like town would be busy all the time
They differ.Fixin'to has horrible parking,very close and no privacy unless its just 1 car with no guest
Depends on size of cabin. Also, prices go up on weekends.
Same thing here, there was a lot of beer cans outside the property. I called about the tv's not working, they checked it out and didn't fix the problem. And the walls were covered with dust and under the bed. I was a little disappointed, but I had fun exploring Gatlinburg.

It was nice and really the check in was slow due to a maintence problem however they got it fixed and we was able to get in also, the rest was great.
Yes we have a trolley that come and pick you up every 30 mins.
More cabins you can just check with the owner there maybe a pet fee. You shouldn't have a hard time finding a place. Just search pet friendly cabin rentals
It is my understanding that you can't get your money back for a cancellation but must reschedule within a year.
Cabins dont have pool only hot tub the community center has pool and work out equipment
If it's part of the cabins located in the Preserve they are beautiful fully equipped with everything including arcade games hot tub pool table we had an amazing time rented with Cabins of the Smokies

I work here at Cabins of the Smoky Mountains, alternatively called Gatlinburg Falls Resort. Minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years old.
