Had gone to this place for the first time last weekend for a diagnosis on my car regarding some oil leakage issues, and everyone was very friendly! They were very knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressure in making any choices regarding the problem with my car. They made sure to explain and tell me what was wrong with my car. The customer service was GREAT! I went in an hour before they were going to close and they were a bit busy with some other cars before me, but they were willing to work on my car until almost an hour after closing. I felt bad for keeping them in late, thank you so much for the patience and making sure that it was okay for me to drive off safely! Although it was my first time at Jiffy Lube, I will be going back in the future for sure. I'd recommend Jiffy Lube to everyone!

Oh my gosh what a great experience! Those guys had me laughing with their humor and changed my oil in record time! Yeah the wait was 50 minutes but I always plan to get my oil changed on my day off because you can never assume what issues the cars will have ahead of you. From pulling up to the garage door to checking out at the end, they were extremely respectful and patient the entire time. Look forward to stopping here again!

Oil changed on the 12th and seems the technicians do not know how to navigate an air intake box nor do they know how to close one as a screw went missing. Morning of the 13th got a check engine light and rough idle. Mass air flow sensor fault. Not going to bother contacting the manager as he wasn’t really interested in the customer but more of cracking jokes with 5 others standing around. Pro tip: stick with the oil changes, don’t do anything else besides oil changes. This will be a one and don’t visit for me.

I've never been to a quick oil change place. These Gentlemen were the BEST! Very Efficient and Polite to each other. You don't see that very often. I would Definitely Recommend this place.👍
