My two sisters & I have lived at San Tropez for 8 years. The accommodations are AWESOME! We have truly loved living in this community! The management is attentive and very helpful! The maintenance team is very responsive when a problem arises and does what ever it takes to resolve the issue...we are very satisfied with their abilities! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this community!

i have lived here for a little over 5 months now.. all maintenance is super nice, but it takes a few tries to actually get something fixed. it's a complete joke to get pest control to come out, and to actually get something scheduled with the office- again, it takes a few tries to actually get anything done. They don't take noise complaints seriously.. and landscaping is awful. i've lived at quite a few Wasatch properties- and this one sadly puts Wasatch to shame. I always have felt like Wasatch staff was attentive and always got work orders done quickly AND did quality work- but this place that definitely is NOT the case. So i guess if you have time and patience .. move here.

Had a leak in my ceiling and the maintenance team was there within 20 min. Had the situation figured out and handled within the hour. Very friendly and professional. I appreciate the maintenance staff here at San Tropez.

The Maintenance guys are all super Nice. They might not always know how to fix your problem immediately but they always come back prepared and ready to tackle the issue. The maintenance people are quick, considerate, sometime super quiet, but they will come back as many times as they need to fix any and every problem within their realm. Definitely A+ mainaince being staffed
