Waited 10 minutes at the register and no one bothered to come. The kiosk confused the other people there trying to order on top of people getting wrong orders at the pickup counter. Just walked out.

Refused service at the counter. You have to use the kiosk or go through the drive through. They can't take cash unless you go through the drive thru. If you are a trucker or are towing a trailer just keep moving along.

Why is the icecream machine always down, does it have to have maintenance every time you ask? It makes you think, are they doing it just for meanness? It seems like as much money McDonald's makes they could afford a decent ice cream machine. SONICS!
