Hot. To start off. Second, the scavenger hunt has a hard one that over 10 shops had no clue to the answer. Nice shop owners/ managers. Overall, a nice place to go for specialty shops and a little history of the area.

Went to the optical center I had one lens replaced due to scratches I got on my prescription glasses. It was done NO CHARGE AND TOOK ABOUT 5 minutes including time to wait for the customer in front of me. Joey was friendly , professional and super skilled at her job. 😀

Rude do nothing condescending gas center staff. Had hand written “receipt printer out of paper” on one pump. At conclusion of sale Pump says “see attendant for receipt.” Two, old, do-nothing attendants sitting in the nearby gas area booth. One came out and I asked him about getting a receipt. Attendant walked over to pump with hand written sign and condescendingly pointed at it and said “can’t you read?” I responded to the attendant by stating the pump said to ask an attendant for a receipt. Attendant then says I’d have to go inside the club to member services to get a receipt. Tried phoning club after leaving. No answer. Tried many times. No answer. Sam’s is profoundly irresponsible. Employees are employed to condescendingly give customers the run around and not provide actual solutions.

Awful customer service!!! Never have what you came in for. Never answer the phone or they hang up on you before you can say a word or you wait a very long time before they decide to answer. This use to be a fun store to shop at. Now you wait in line forever to get checked out or do self check. Why then would you want to pay a yearly fee. Wheres the customer service? It's all about the money. Well Sam's club won't be getting money from us again. They will have to do much better then they are. Pretty sure allot of people feel the same way. No customer service no customers, think about or walden's
