We get pizza here often. Young workers, but very polite and quick service. So far, we’ve never gotten an order wrong, unlike other locations. They tend to move traffic along and the parking is a bit on the large side, but again, they are quick to serve. I love how they always tell you times for certain items in the menu, and then what you can do or maybe wait for as you choose.

We ordered our pizza through the portal. It said our pizza was ready. We arrive to get our pizza and they had closed. Their reason was due to short staff. When we got there one person was leaving and one other person was still there. They said they could not make it because of being not having enough staff. Although we understand there is a staffing issue there was still a problem that they had our payment through the portal and we had ordered for an event. They suggested us to go elsewhere and they could take care of us there. Frustrated already since they didn’t refund our money we went to a riverton location and they said they are not able to do that type of transaction. Our event had already counted the pizza to be there and it has already been paid so we were adamant to get something. The riverton finally agreed they would make the pizza due to the lack of communication from this little Caesar location. Riverton location, I hope you guys get compensated for giving us the pizza that the south Jordan failed to do. For you readers don’t order from the portal. For managers or employees of this location Caesar, you will be losing business with a lot of customers if you keep this up. If you don’t communicate there will be No business for you guys, no paycheck for the employees and no money for your rent or whatever you rely on these days. I hope this review helps.

Usually use the app to order takeout at this location, but that's become a nightmare. Regularly don't receive the notification and email when it's ready, or have it come 30+ minutes past the projected time. Often it hasn't even been started though I ordered nearly two hours ago and the staff is at best unapologetic, but usually put off that I'm even addressing them. I wouldn't even care if it was the odd once or twice, but this has become the norm. Not worth the hassle to go there.

I’m so grateful for this amazing store! I called the GM and asked if they could do a large order for our elementary school. He said it would be no problem, so I ordered 70 pizzas! They were hot-n-ready on time and Kaden helped me load them in my car. We served all 560 pieces and needed 11 more slices! I rushed back over and got a few more and each time I was there the customer service was excellent and the pizza was enjoyed by everyone! Thanks for taking care of us! We’ll definitely use your store again and I’ll be back with my family. 🍕😘🥳
