Fundamentally, this Harkins location is fine. But compared to others it doesn’t have some of the amenities that make the others stand out. It’s not the cleanest, but not because it doesn’t get swept, it’s just over all an older location now and it’s got the wear. Also, no oversized, leather reclining seats or larger screens like IMAX or Cine1. Traditional stadium seating is what is available. It was not crowded on a Friday night in the summer, which was a plus for patrons.

Nice service, love online ticket sales!! There was trash under our seats so it makes me guess that employees do not clean after each viewing anymore. That's not very good, especially when food attracts bugs.

We love and are extremely loyal to Harkins theater, however it’s definitely gone from a 5 star movie theater to a 4 star theater simply because of the slow concierge service. It’s extremely slow, it didn’t used to be this slow but it definitely is now and it makes us miss all the previews as well as some of the movie on many occasions. This is even when it’s a slow day, for example the day we last came it was only us and one other couple in my theater, on a Thursday, only 1 line at the concierge and they gave that person no help and didn’t open another line when the line started backing up. Service needs to improve

We always have a great experience here. Management and staff are friendly, conscientious and hard-working. Love my popcorn perks and souvenir cups! We find there's often a better selection of movies and showtimes, here, compared to Harkins Arrowhead. . . although we prefer the more comfortable seating at Arrowhead. Still had a great time with the family.
