I am paying about $500 for lot rent right now, but I can't honestly say its the same for everyone. I believe it is based off the size of your camper/Rv. Water, electric, showers, bathrooms included. Coin pay tennant only laundry room, that is very nice! I have overall very much enjoyed my stay here so far!!!
