The lobby was empty except for us the other tables were not cleaned. Employees are not wasting there hands after going into the bathroom. The food was good though but I wish the person taking the order would have greeted us or something instead of looking like we was wasting her time. Yes they were putting the load away the first girl greeted us then I said I was not ready so she called someone from the back. That's were it got bad service I have not been there in awhile but it looks like I'll be driving out of my way for good food and service. Ok went back to Jack in the box What a great chance someone turned this place around for the greater this crew was on top of all orders drive thru was busy and inside was good to there were two head of me but the food came out fast and hot and the french fries were great. Great Job Crew.

I was getting lunch for the office and had a slightly large order. The ladies at the front counter greeted me with a smile and both were very sweet. The Store Mgr, Emelda, was extremely helpful, as they were out of drink cup holders so she went and found a small cardboard box that worked perfectly! And even helped me carry it all out to my car. I was pleasantly surprised to see such excellent customer care from a fast food joint. What service! Thanks again ladies, keep up the great work! I'll definitely be back..

The food I ordered was alright. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a small drink. It was very quiet around 7pm when I went in, and unfortunately the soda machine in the lobby didn't dispense ice or cold drinks. The quality of the soda itself was very sub par, very low carbonation and only faintly tasting as the brand sodas they offer. Aside from the disappointing soda, the staff was friendly and my sandwiches are good.

Employer/manager was very rude tried to talk to me in Spanish she didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce and gave dirty looks when she gave me my sauce like I was just a nuisance and was very nice to a person that knew how to speak Spanish. Very racist fast food place. Older Hispanic short, with Grey hair.
