Thanks for the question. Car washes are free when your vehicle comes in for service even for light car maintenance like oil changes or tires. So while your vehicle gets serviced, we will have your car washed. I hope this answers your question.

Do I have to make an appointment
You don't typically have to wait too long for an oil change, 45-60 min max but they check much more on the car than one of those quick 10 min places. I'd give a quick call in advance to be certain of you have time restraints.
