The place was Nice but I have been having issues with the company Refunding me my money back that they owned my from having my daughter party... The people there said it would be 3 to 4 business days and I'm going on week 2 and when I called to see why haven't I got my refund...now I'm getting the run around and u can't speak to the owner... The people at the desk is calling owner when ask for her number they told me that I could not receive her number.

This place ain't even clean! It has a funky smell. It's hot as hell in there. And I wonder if they sanitize the place. While sitting I look up and see why it sooo musty and stuffy in that place. It's filthy. Inflatables are dusty. Will not be taking my kids here again. Don't recommend. ----Inregards to the reply from the owner. It's hard to believe they sanitize when the employees are sitting down on their phone not even enforcing rules. The whole hour I was there she was on her phone very unprofessional. Save the reply. Get it together. By that I mean get some employees who actually work and that are professional. I am not doing this out of pity it was a review based on my experience. Learn to take criticism and better this establishment.

Hi Iridian. So glad to hear your children loved it. Unfortunately, we are unable to control our heating and cooling as an individual store, it's done mall-wide. However, it is honestly rarely is an issue. There are a few occasions when it's unusually warm outside for winter-time and even with the heat turned off, it's still too warm. Because the system is winterized, we can't just turn on the AC. With regard to the toddler area, we do have a sign with an age limit, Ages 6 and under only. If there are customer's ignoring this sign, my staff should be catching this and enforcing the sign policy. We apologize if this was not the case. We appreciate your feedback and will be addressing with our staff the importance of enforcing the age limit in the toddler area!
We don't charge by the hour, it's entrance fee per child, which is $12 plus tax. That entrance fee gives you access to our facility the whole day, if you and your child leave, though, you must obtain a wristband from the front desk. Thank you for your interest in visiting!
