I have been trying to contact these people it says on the window that if you don't get a receipt to call them you cannot call the customer service line and I cannot get a hold of anybody that is at the store the number is always busy this is ridiculo

They are always usually pretty busy, if you want to talk to a manager at that location, id suggest just going back there.
