It was busy so we waited about 20 minutes for a table. Once seated we were served our drinks quickly. They took our order right away. Kitchen was a little backed up so food was slow to come out. But when it did it was hot and fresh and was delicious. Waitress came back a lot to make sure our drinks didn't need refilled.

This is what I ordered, the "Reeces Pieces" and what I got was peanut butter and chocolate syrup. The place was packed, everyone working their tails off to serve the constant stream of customers. Our server was pleasant and even checked on us regularly, but a bit naive and not very experienced.

I'd say the food was bad but I have come to expect this of this IHOP. We have often gone to one's out of our way because this IHOP is so bad. But since it's like right next door. We keep hoping it gets better. This IHOP is the worst.

Never order online from here, at night. Let me start off by saying this in no way is a reflection on the hostess who helped me. She was a good sport and I feel so bad that she was the only one running the front and doing tables. My fiance and I ordered two sampler platters. Mine was to have strawberry banana pancakes, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 ham, eggs and hashbrowns. I recieved 2 bacon, 2 sausage and country potatoes with scrambled eggs. My pancakes also had no strawberry topping on it. My fiance was to have the tres leches pancakes, 4 bacon and eggs. His pancakes were completely bare. They even mixed up our orders and placed his pancakes with my eggs n bacon and vice versa. On top of that, the pancakes were dry on the outer edges which made it harder to cut. The bacon was super soggy. It seemed they did not drain the bacon before putting it with the eggs. So much bacon grease, it was ridiculous. And on top of this, all the toppings for the pancakes had to be asked for and was placed in smaller condiment cups. Ruined the experience. This is one of the worse orders I have ever had in general. This experience definitely did NOT make me want to eat at iHOP again considering this is only the second time I have eaten their food. The food was also lackluster. I honestly regret getting this food, I wish I'd went to Waffle House instead.
