Absolute worst service at any bank I've ever been at. Every time i've called in the last 6 months, no answer. You go inside and you almost feel like you're an inconvenience. They typically say, "don't you have the app? You can do it on there." Whether its deposit a check or try to do a currency exchange. I spoke with one nice teller who set an appointment with a notary at 8:30AM. I show up, building locked. Another employee was walking in and I asked how I meet the notary. She brushed me off and said we don't open til 9, you can try to come back later. Walking with her back to me as she spoke. If BOA wasn't linked with Merrill I would immediately pull all money out and go back to Wells Fargo Peoria. Their staff made you feel welcome and always answered their phones. Update - It was nice that I received a call and they apologized. Definitely appreciated. Not often a company cares enough to follow-up.

I’ve had 4 fails in a row with Bank of America using their app, web site and a visit to a full service branch. Its an ok bank if all you need is cash from a machine.

Not a good bank, B of A is a horrible bank. Ridiculous holds on cashiers checks, close at 4, many locations inconveniently closed. The service is poor, it's almost as if they forgot they all have jobs because of the customers. Would not recommend B of A to anyone.

I would give negative stars if this let me. I was literally one step away from the main door when an employee locked the front door after seeing me! On her behalf it was EXACTLY 4:00 and yes I understand how some business do that, but I’m talking about getting money into my account because we have a small business. Shame on you, and we will be closing our accounts. This is the PG version.
