7/26/22 9:02 am. I come in about 8:45 am. A young gentleman name Eli with fuzzy long hair and a beard/wearing a mask called me to the counter. I told him I have a PT Cruiser 2010. He looks it up and ask me what's a Pt Cruiser. I replied a 2020 Pt Cruiser. He then breathe exasperating/stressed and says out loudly. What's a Pt Cruiser. The assistant manager said its Chrysler. Eli should have asked me what make or who builds them. Then I told him I need motor mounts. He shows me and I pointed out the right front center I have because the other gentleman (a Orielly employee) sold it to me yesterday. Eli then said I have to order you that one. I swear that guy (Eli) is not a good listener. I then told him and even pointed out that I needed 2 engine mount left and rear. He started writting a part and then takes off to find it. He comes back to me and then says its $41.00. I had to tell him I needed the other one as well. He writes it down and comes back. Before he rung me up. He asked me if I needed anything else. I told him no. However, back of my mind, I really wanted to tell him that he needs to learn to listen and ask specific questions instead of stressing out about it. As a matter of fact, he handed my receipt and didn't say a word. I have been a manager for 12 years in a grocery store. So i know about customer service. Your employee Eli needs work.
