Matt was very helpful and went the extra mile of service! He searched inventory in back when the aisle didn't have the wiper blades pair I needed and found the perfect match. He gladly and easily detached my old ones and attached the new set. I highly recommend shopping here.

I went here about a year ago when a different store was out of the part I needed, so I started here when I needed something today. I found the part, but the guy at the register double checked and recommended a different one. He could have just rung me up with the wrong one that was more expensive, but he helped me get the right thing. He also gave me advice on replacing the part, which helped a lot. He didn't talk down to me for not being experienced in car repair. I'm often intimidated when I need to get auto parts (I have other skills, but not cars), but this was such a good experience for just a small price that I know I will be back when the next part needs replacement. I always feel like I'm about to get ripped off, so today was such a relief.

I went there to buy def for my truck one side said it’s 25.99 and the other one says 22.99 when I got to the register an old lady I’m not sure what’s her name it wants maybe meyrlan or something refused to give that price she was trying to rip me off and change me 27.99 and she was very rude never go back there again

Outstanding customer service!!! Thanks to Gary, store manager Kevin and especially Kyle for sticking with a difficult vehicle battery removal and installing a new one. Nice job by all!! I will use this AutoZone store for all of my future auto parts purchases.
