Maria a pharmacy tech was handling phone calls today when I called about my son's prescription. It was supposed to be done within 2 hours when I dropped it off. She told me that my sons medicine won't be ready until tomorrow, I told her that i was told it would be ready in 2 hours and that was 2 hours ago. She told me she was going to place me on hold and transfer me to someone that dispenses the medicine. I assumed i was on hold at that point and was having a conversation in my household about my frustration with walgreens, when she spoke up and told me to refrain from using that language. Then she left me on hold for over 15 mins when i was disconnected. I tried calling back and was disconnected yet again after 10 mins of hold time. I had to use a different phone # for her to even answer my phone call again. I'm at 27 mins being on hold this time before I was kicked to the survey and disconnected yet AGAIN without speaking to anyone but Maria!!! I then showed up in person to speak to the manager. Just so happens the front desk person is named Maria when i arrived, her name written on her shirt. I just spoke to the manager named Mathew C. And he basically called me a liar telling me that Maria just got in and it couldnt have been her that I spoke to. She clearly stated her name when i called. He proceeded to tell me that she is a dispensing clerk and they wouldnt have even used that terminology, again calling me a liar. He told me that they have a call center that answers their phone calls but then at checkout told me that the pharmacist normally answer the phone calls. So which is it? I dont believe anything that man told me. He then told me that he will have all my son's meds ready in 5 mins. While i was waiting I saw Maria walk over to the manager and had a conversation with him all while he's smirking then noticed I was staring right at them and they parted ways. The fact that this was all fun and games to them is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I will be pulling all my prescriptions out of there. It's always something every single time. I have a sick child that needs his antibiotics!! Management sucks! You can't tell me that all these reviews with 1 star about how horrible the pharmacy is are all liars as I was made out to be today.

The store is not open 24/7 . Closes at 10pm and weekend is early. Call first. Pharmacy is always out of stuff and doesn't tell you. It will say in text or email prescription is ready than you get here and some technical error thing happened and some of your prescriptions didn't go through. Or out of stock. I'm tired of that excuse so I'm going somewhere else for now on.

What's the point of offering express pay for the pharmacy and then they are either short staffed so you still need to wait in line or you stand there and no one helps. Like today I followed the steps, entered my information and payment and all I have to do was go to Express pick up, they scan, grab your meds and you are good to go. They only have 1 person so I was told to go wait in line. I said whats the point of this and I said you know what I dont need the medicine that bad. Well the customer he currently was helping was saying something about dealing with customers like me. And then the technician or check out guy was like I know and they started to talk about me. In reality the app says express pay no wait or line. So the technician should have finished helping the current customer and then helped the Express pay customer and went back to the line. Yes I know if I was in line I would be mad and ask why are you helping them before us. And then when explained we offer this service. I would use it. I have tried Express pay but at this Walgreens its just garbage to use inside. Drive thru is good. Just give them the code and you get your meds and are off. However, the 1 downfall is some of my medicine doesn't fit in the tube so, I am forced to go inside or risk my truck possibly getting hit in the first lane because the drawer pulls out my truck is lifted and I am short. This was just a horrible experience for me here and this has happened to me multiple times. I hope this may help someone else. Im changing my Rx to somewhere else
