If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. I was a long time customer of this store. It’s gone from barely good to ridiculous. I had a prescription that was called in around 4pm. They said they didn’t check their incoming prescriptions until 5pm and said it would be 2 more hours before they were filled. This was after I waited in line for 30 minutes to be told to come back. It was 2, small, simple scripts. I understand being short handed. I understand sometimes you have to wait, but when the employees are standing around and folks are in pain, it pushes past the point of being reasonable. If they can’t staff any better or get employees that care, they might as well shut the place down. There are many more, better Walgreens than this one. I’ll never shop there again.

I really tried to give this place a chance. Though after about 2 years of using this place as my main pharmacy it has not gotten better in any way. The cashiers up front are nice. That is really the end of the list of good things about this walgreens. The pharmacy staff really doesn't care at all. They will never really help you or answer questions. The pharmacy takes days to fill prescriptions. It doesn't matter how important the medication is they will just brush you off and give you no clear answers. The photo department has lost just about every print I have sent to them from online. Even with confirmation emails they cannot ever find the order. It is almost comical how bad it is. Just use another pharmacy if you can.

I use this locations pharmacy even though I have a bunch of other locations that are way closer to where I live. This was the first Walgreens that I came to when I very first came out to Phoenix. The employees here have always treated me well no matter what which is a very hard things to come by especially when you are homeless. Even though its been over 2 years since I've been homeless,I still go here bcuz of the way the treated me when I was. The pharmacy is also very reliable and has always had my prescriptions done when they say they will. I will most likely always come to this Walgreens no matter where I live in North Phoenix....

First Google review. The pharmacy staff ( an older lady and a tall white dude) were VERY VERY rude and impatient. I walked in for vaccine. They told me they have the vaccine right now but i need to jump loops for that: online booking then come in for a different day. When I questioned them, they lied that all Walgreens vaccine needed to be scheduled and there is no same day booking which are so not true. I immediately called another Walgreens. The staff were much nicer, I showed up, got my vaccine done and went on my day. Can’t believe at this age of the day, service like this still exists
