Every employee I encountered (including the pharmacy) was rude, unhelpful, and pushed me off to the next when I had questions regarding medication, in-store pricing vs. online, etc. I have had separate experiences like this before at this location, but after a third time of this happening, I decided to write a review. Will not shop at this store again.

DISAPPOINTED WITH PHARMACY!!! Made an appointment for a covid test on Monday morning (you can only make appointments for the next day or later) and get a call today, an hour before my appointment, telling me they haven’t had any covid tests since Monday and to go to a CVS, yet they’re still taking appointments on their website. I would’ve made an appointment at CVS in the first place if your people would give callbacks when you realize you have people actively making appointments yet you have no tests, not the day of their appointment. Oh but good news they do have the three day wait test, but I’ll need to make another appointment online. What a joke. Now I’ll CONTINUE to wait and make an appointment elsewhere. Ridiculous.

People are being allowed in without masks. I was there tonight 11/26 when two guys picked up some alcohol without masks. And another guy, who the employees seemed to know, greeted him without him wearing a mask. The employee in reference to the guy said, "Oh I thought you were sick, you seemed sick". Please be aware if you are expecting everyone to be wearing masks, customers don't seem to be.

99% of the staff are friendly and helpful. Their management team works hard right along side the customer service employees. The pharmacy is always well run with plenty of help ensuring your perscription is available when they promise you. 99% of the pharmacy techs are super friendly and treat you like family. It's wonderful that most of the pharmacy staff get you by your name and they genuinely care about your health. Great people.
