Dr called in post surgery pain medicine. Kind of important. Had to leave a message. Three hours later they hadn’t even checked their messages. If you can’t run a pharmacy where people can get medications don’t be open as a pharmacy when people need medication. I’d give them zero stars if the system allowed it. It’s a fine place as long as you don’t need, you know, medicine.

I waited 2 hours for them to fill one prescription. This pharmacy is without a doubt the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable how long it takes to get a prescription filled. CVS needs to shut this location down if they can’t correct this. The worst service I’ve ever seen, no sense of urgency from anyone behind the counter which is unacceptable when medicine is involved. Going back to Walgreens.

What is most concerning is I am a Healthcare Employee who called to address an urgent matter concerning one of our members. What I encountered when speaking with David/Pharmacist Mgr. was appalling. He was rude, talked to employees the entire time I was on the call never asking if I would be ok with holding so as to not converse in my headset. He advised me not to lecture him as he was not in the mood and disconnected the call. I am not sure if David feels based on his position he cannot receive corrective feedback but he should. Your received past and present feedback regarding your experiences should be a major concern to the District Mgr. whom FYI I left a message requesting a call back for with Melissa. This type of service is unacceptable on every level. Without "You" customers and members no business can continue to operate. There is a level of respect your are due, your time should be respected when visiting the store and you should be assisted with common courtesy during your visit on or off the telephone. I would like to personally apologize to all who left comments and have not received an apology for your overall experience. I have read your comments in an effort to assist with making your next visit a better experience so as to discuss them with the District Mgr. The Health Plan I represent has noted your concerns, as many of you may be one if no most of our members and it will be addressed collectively. Be well.

This used to be an excellent pharmacy. For years. But since 2021, it’s become straight garbage. Got my wisdom teeth out today and my mom went to get go prescriptions after being on hold for over 1 hour. She just drove there and asked if their phones were down after standing in line for 20 min and the person working pharmacy said “no, we just don’t answer our phones”. What is wrong with this place? Get it together CVS. Such a trash place. And so sad because this location used to be wonderful.

They have one but not for public use. If you need to use a copy machine use FedEx on 7th St and Greenway in the Wendy's parking lot.
