Went to get some prints, one computer working the employee knew we were there. Order around 300 prints they promised to have them ready in around 2 hours. Time came to pick up, went there and employee told me machine is broken I asked why you didn't told me in the first place he excused himself by saying i didn't see you computer is beside the register how can he not see me and my 2 kids running around. Will not return to have prints there anymore.

Don't even place an online order for pick up at this location. Tried to avoid going inside since I'm sick so placed an order for what I needed so I can have someone pick it up along with my medication. 7hrs later I call the store and they have no record of an order. I call customer service so I can get my money back and they find my order with no problem. Filed a complaint but we'll see if I even get a call back. Won't be going to this location ever again

They delayed my prescriptions for three days, but filled them in 30 minutes after I called, stating that this was regular practice for them if they have a lot of orders. When picking them up, we had to spend quite some time in the drive thru, which would have been fine, if they weren't blasting that maddening classical music on a loop.

Visit this location rather often and it always feels a mess with how the floor displays are placed, always in the way of walking lanes. The staff is mostly silent but at least the floors stay pretty clean looking. The bathrooms are a hit or miss. Cross your fingers for a good day. This location had no portable a/c units onsite and almost never has large fans instock during the summer. The energy drink isle is severely lacking in options and availability in product. I was once lucky to see a Monster Java Irish Cream flavor but never again have I seen it.
