Hi Malka, Great questions! All our ebikes are mid-drive bikes with Bosch ebike system (No throttle). We hand picked them and they are built to last with support from the manufacturer and us. Our prices starts around $3K and they can go up, I would suggest you check out any bikes that we may have on sale or also some brands have great bikes like Gazelle bikes, Tern Bikes, & Flyer they are relatively affordable and offer great value. We don't offer conversion kits In part, this is because traditional bikes are not built to sustain the additional stress from a motor.Also the industry now offer wide ranges of bikes for each category with all the sizes. I purchased my ebike from Propel bikes. The owner's knowledge, unbiased suggestions and service are excellent. I truly love my bike. But I was looking for a higher-end full suspension ebike that would be extremely low maintenance, higher speed, high durability and very comfortable both on and off road. You need to decide which of these qualities you want and then confirm at a demo day to make an informed decision. You will love your ebike, too!

At this time we are only able to service our own customers bikes. We don’t have the bandwidth at the moment to do outside work.

I would search on Google for escooter repair. We don't sell or service escooters. Since escooters are technically illegal to sell and ride in NYC the market to support them isn't too developed. That could change in the future, but it doesn't seem likely.
