Do yourself a favor and dont get service from them unless you want to be hit with a ridiculous cancellation fee and environmental charge at the end. Customers in many localities being served by WM are subject to a $75 cancellation fee and another $50 or so in made up environmental charges that they will collect on termination of contract. They also have something called Consensual Rate Increases under section 4(c) which is absolutely non consensual and hidden. This allows them to jack your your rates by as much 80-100% within 3 years as we experienced. Stay far away and instead choose someone local.

THE WORST!!!!! They are terrible I have to chase them to pull my dumpster. They are days behind. Trash blowing all on ground. Then they refuse to pick up dumpster because its too full. Of course of you are days behind. Dave stated now service for 07/28. This was service was scheduled for 07/25. Its a weekly thing with them. I ask for supervisor and he will call me back. Just like he was going to call us 07/21. Its upsetting a big company like waste mgmt can charges premium rates for inferior service. Maybe Sanford and Son Mgmt. How can company operate with this terrible service . I pay $1000 per month for disposal and have to take trash on my trucks to dump because Waste Mgmt is too busy. Then you shouldn't take on more contracts if you can't fill promise to vendors. Use anyone else but these Jokers. I wish I never left Choice Waste. I have paid these people to do a job which they are not doing. They aren't picking up my trash and keep telling me it will be tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager who has never called me back. At this point all the trash piling up is a health hazard... animals are getting into it and spreading it around the neighborhood. I am ready to contact the proper authorities to get results. This is beyond ridiculous.

I can't answer that. The city comes out once a week and picks up the trash and the recyclables. All you have to do is have your refuse in the right trashcan
Nothing much. They have a job to do and everything has a time to get it done. WM has been in the neighborhood more than 30 years and it's been doing this every since day one!
