They retaliate so watch out with your lashes! I always get a classic natural set. I had a full weekend and I requested a classic natural set and after 45 minutes I could feel my lashes were getting heavy. I asked the technician if she was sure I was getting a natural set and she said don't worry. I knew after an hour she was filling them in pretty thick. I told her it typically doesn't take that long and she said don't worry. When she finished sure enough I had thick lashes similar to a very full hybrid set. I also had no time to get them fixed as I had a full day and I dread having lashes removed (I usually let them d fall out because they pull them out anyway when they are removed and it hurts). As I was driving I called them and told them what happened and I sent a picture so they could see my full set. They offered to remove them to which I declined and told them I have anxiety about removing my lashes plus I have no time so I am pretty much stuck. They offered to refund me 50% but I asked why not full if they can clearly see that I was not given what I wanted. After going back and forth with them I said okay with 50% but I will not send my card unsecured but they can just take it off of my next appointment to which they replied I am not welcome to come to their shop anymore due to me complaining about their service.

Love this place my lash ladies are mimi and joy but I mostly askfor mimi does reallly nice lashes doesn't hurt me very gentle n i like her shes does very good job.

Mesmerizing Lashes was my first lash experience ever & I’m so happy I went there. I have now been going for over a year & they never disappoint. I have loved my lashes since day one! Lien is amazing, super sweet and always accommodating. It is clear how serious she takes her profession and it is evident in her work. I will recommend to anyone this studio!

I had my lashes done here for the first time yesterday and loved it! They came out so beautiful! The staff is so welcoming and the atmosphere is so calming. I expressed that I was nervous about getting eyelash extensions for the first time and Kim made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to the job done right!
