Why are all the propane BBQ grills assembled? The two guys that tried to load a BBQ grill into my SUV, thanks for completely ruining my weather seals and plastic trims from forcing it in. Simple Phillips screwdriver to take off four screws would’ve detached the lower base from the main grill.

Horrible Customer service by Rachelle Nieve! She was rude, loud, racist, obnoxious and ignorant! This lady was so rude, she spoke over me and wouldn’t let me speak. If you’re not happy here then go somewhere else, I’ve never experienced this at Home Depot, the customer service is usually really on point. I spoke with her manager Anthony Martinez and will be emailing corporate right now! I just purchased a refrigerator that I payed over $1100 for and had a basic question and was even told that she couldn’t help me anymore! It makes me not want to ever EVER come back here! Never again….

I always have shopped here and never had a problem until yesterday I was with my daughter and she asked if we could buy a home depot apron. I process to ask a very helpful young lady (worker) if they sell the little kids aprons, she proceed to ask a lady could imagine it's a manager or something. She gave us one with a very bad attitude that cause my daughter not to go back and she is just a kid 🤦‍♀️ she asked me to shop some where else because the lady made her feel uncomfortable. So easy she could of said "no we don't have any sorry" rather than giving her attitude. Bad customer service from her.

This is one of the best Home Depots in the area. The service and the polite Associates made it a superb experience. I spoke with four members of the staff. The customer service associate helped me to check for item availability. The associate on the floor helped to answer my questions and located the item I needed. The lift operator carefully handled my item that was on a top warehouse shelf. Then Ana the cashier was kind and polite when I was paying for my item. Great staff.
