I'm an alumni from pheonix house and I can say with fill confidence this might be one of the only youth treatment centers you should send your child . I've been to 2 other rehabs and over 12 diffrent placements and in the past 5 years pheonix house is the only place that cared enough of the program and the children to help me . I currently live in sober living at 17 and I'm become a positive member of society . They have sponsors and h&Is who come to share the book of aa to the youth . They have clean quarters and fun incentives . The countless snd staff are some of the only staff I felt comfortable with before in treatment. If your kids ready for a change I highly recommend pheonix house austin .

My twin teens enjoyed both the inpatient and outpatient treatment plans created for them. The staff was fantastic at balancing all the ups and downs. Thanks to Phoenix house and the assistance they offer both of my teens are sober, enjoying life and coping with everyday life.

I have worked with Phoenix house in the recent past and have nothing but great things to say. Staff is very helpful, professional and really try to connect with the clients they serve. Clients leave the facility eager to put into practice all the great tools they learn.

Do not under any circumstance put you child in this place. They released my 15 year old grandson and never called his parents. We have no idea where he is or who he is with or if he is even alive. They won't tell us who he left with you know patient privelege. What about this family who can barely function, trying to find him. Don't we have privelege to know if he is alive in Austin somewhere or wherever we might find him. Austin PD is working with a reduced staff. My daughter in law hired 2 investigators. Looking into an attorney now. Just praying we find him alive.

This location offers inpatient for boys and outpatient for both genders. If you are needing inpatient our Dallas location has a girls program.
Your son would have to sign a release of information for you to know if he was there. I would recommend calling to have him sign that for you.

All Phoenix House programs in Texas are voluntary. You would consent to the treatment services at admission and we only operate “non-locked” facilities.
We do!
We can treat both.
Our outpatient serves adults, but inpatient is teens only.
