Very kind staff. As a current resident, I experience long wait times between when I ring for staff and when they come to help me. On weekends this can stretch to 30 minutes or more. This is not the fault of staff. There are few staff for many residents. Otherwise I find staff are kind, skilled and respectful.

You better watch your bill and when you're parent have to go for rehab and insurance is paying for it. Trust me they will squeeze every bit they can from the insurance company and from you. The line that they give you is that "We know people think we try to keep people in for the money but we don't" well don't fall for that lie. Because that just what they do do and make sure you tell them that when the insurance runs out she need to be released if you can't afford 175.00 a day. The insurance company is suppose to approve all days spent before hand and if The Woodland go over they know what they were doing. My mom has Dementia and this person called GEE GEE called me at 11pm at night complaining about her not following there instructions not to get out of the bed on her own or as miss GEE GEE called it being NON-COMPLIANT. HELLOOOO she has Dementia and it's not that she's being difficult it's that she don't remember anything pass 5 minutes. They were a bunch of unprofessional #*^^%#*&^.
