Alvin came into our apartment and changed the washer & dryer for us within hours. He was a really outgoing person and looked out for the well-being of our apartment. He also noticed our ac vent needed to be changed and did that as well on the spot. Super outgoing person and will contact him in the future for all our apartment needs.

I work in property management & was soo happy too see Alvin. Back in November our A/C wasn't cooling properly, he did what he could till it got replaced. Today, he went above & beyond & did all repairs needed in our apartment. Alvin is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, cleans up after he does his repairs & will carry good conversations. We are happy to see he back. Alvin is the BOMB.COM!! Alvin B. is with maintenance and I must say he is very efficient and helpful in resolving any issues that arise from plumbing, air conditioning ,etc. He is very quick with fixing issues and providing the necessary replacements for damaged items. From replacing air filters to painting.. he does an exceptional job and definitely enjoy having someone so pleasant to deal with for all the maintenance issues / concerns. He does not say he will take care of something and not do it. He always makes sure he does what he says he will do and not give you the run around. Thanks Alvin !! Hope you stay at Haven at p83 for a long time !!

I lived at this complex for 4 years and they changed management companies 4 or 5 times while I was there. Because of this, the complex was constantly under maintenance (they painted and repainted the outside of our buildings about 8 times!). I loved my townhouse- as a single gal, it was really nice to be able to pull into a garage and not worry about walking from my car in the parking lot at night. The bedroom was so spacious- there was enough room for my queen bed, a couch, a futon, a dresser, and 2 nightstands. The closet was plenty big, kitchen was huge, and I loved all the storage options. The area was nice an quiet, my neighbors were kind and friendly and the landscaping was always well kept. Downsides- because they switched management companies so often, I had about 20 maintenance requests that never were responded to (I actually fixed my own dryer after waiting on maintenance for a week.) The turning point for me was when my garage opener stopped working, it took them over a month to replace so I couldn't use my garage. Besides that, not too much to complain about. Great place to live if you enjoy being by yourself- not a good place if you enjoy having people over (limited parking options). Had good and bad experiences with management though I don't feel it's fair to rate them due to the constant turnover.
