They do a really good job at making you like the place but when it comes to service and asking questions, you get belittled. If you ask about fees or what you are paying for then you are basically just being a cheapskate. Not to mention the extreme delay in service you get. Called in multiple times and got told 3 different answers about our application. The place itself is nice but staff is difficult to work with.

Such a wonderful place to call home! The complex is well maintained and the staff is excellent. I cannot thank the manager Megan enough for her continued kindness and superb customer service. Highly recommend these apartments!

I will just say this, everything was great until the complex had a change of management and up until we moved out. First, as you can see with the previous reviews there were so many issues with the new management handling our renter’s insurance. Second, they started this thing where we couldnt park backwards or we would be towed(previous management never did that), and lastly when we moved out we left the apartment spotless however we were still charged a cleaning fee. Be aware of this apartment complex, they used to be so great. Take your money elsewhere unless you like hidden fees! It clearly states in the lease if you clean the apartment thoroughly you wont be charged a cleaning fee but in fine print on another page it says you will be charged a cleaning fee upon move-out regardless! Such a joke!

We had nothing but praise for Enclave until we moved out. We leased a townhouse for a year and when we moved out we were charged $700 to replace the carpet.
