Purchased two $100 visa gift cards here when I went to use them a week later they didn’t work. Store management in Target Peoria says it is visa gift cards issue not theirs. In dealing with the Visa gift card people directly it was discovered that the card numbers were used the NEXT DAY (cards were not even out of the packaging and always in my possession) to make a purchase at ANOTHER TARGET STORE in West Covina CA where I have never been. Visa says I need to deal with West Covina Target customer service to dispute the charges. I have called a dozen times and they do not even answer the phone. I will never buy a visa gift card from Target again. The lack of help with this issue in both the Peoria and West Covina stores is unbelievable. This has employee theft and fraud written all over it.

The store has changed the whole look of the store and its very classy looking and clean. I had a very friendly clerk when checking out. I am always surprised when the person is so very nice, because it seems you don't find that very often, even more impressive is that it was a young girl maybe 19 and again it was a pleasant surprise.

Just left the store, was so pleased with an employee named Belinda in little girls department. I asked Belinda for help finding something, she gave me good customer service.
