I ordered what I was told would be a free breast pump through them. They got all my info and sent me the pump. I then receive a bill in the mail stating I owe for the pump and that the insurance says they won't cover the pump. So naturally I call to ask if I can return the pump. Turns out there's only 15 days to return a pump back to them. They billed me and sent the letter in the mail after that 15 days, which forces me to pay for something I ordered under the guise that it would be covered. I asked for a supervisor. They said there wasn't one on staff. I asked for this to get escalated and she said I had to pay, insurance won't cover and i can't return since it's past that 15 days. Eventually they did drop the bill once they realized they were at fault. They were nice after that. Mom's out there, please do not order your pump through this company. It's a scam and they give you no opportunity to rectify the situation. I read the most recent reviews and they literally state the same things I am saying here. I reported them to the Better Business Bureu and I suggest anyone else going through getting scammed by this company do the same thing.

This is absolutely the worst company, every rep I have spoke to has been extremely rude. I order the med supplies because I need them and Not because I want them. I will definitely be looking for a new company to use in the near future. UPDATE: I received a bill from this place that I already paid a year and a half ago. WATCH YOUR EOB'S/CHARGES AND DETAILED SHIPMENT. WOULD DEFINITELY NO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Dishonest. Charged me for an order without insurance coverage without telling me my insurance wasn't going to cover their order. The rep I spoke with on the phone took all my insurance info and never once mentioned they don't take my insurance. That's the last order I'm ever making with you liars again.

Osto-bond was discontinued by the manufacturer. Alternatives would be Torbot liquid bonding cement or Nu-Hope ostomy adhesive.
I'm sorry, we do not sell scooters.
