This court the Nigerian Prince of courts. They stay nickel and diming citizens instead of actually caring about doing their jobs. They require multiple court visits (where other courts only require 1), they issue warrants like Oprah gives gifts for the silliest things, and other foolishness. The whole system needs an overhaul as they are more like pirates than public servants.

They truly do not care about anything but money. You go to court, they don't ask why, nor care, nor give u a moment for you to say anything or even ask you what you have to say! Here's your fine, go to the window. We all may as well been numbers! I was never explained anything about pleas or what they mean or anything. Just what's your plea here's your sentence ..Ended up taking an incorrect plea just so I could get my fine and go! Very sad.very confusing.. and unfair to the person(s) that aren't highly educated in the court system terms and knowledge. I just paid to have something incorrect on my record! Rediculous!

Go down there fill out a continuance paper, make sure you tell them exactly how you would like to pay and be specific. Then they will send you a letter in the mail ifits approved or denied. I just had to go through it, it costs 35 dollars to do and it goes right to your payments. Its kind of simple and easy
Yes you can. Stop by the civil clerk's office to obtain the proper form.
Go to their website and go to court docket type in your last name
How do I get a hold of my judge assign to me?
www.rrcourt.net click on public Access and search by your category.
Call the clerk of courts and they can tell you. Also, if it is waiverable, you may be able to find it online on the courts website under the tab for epayments.
