Unfortunately, you have to become member in order to attend at all (or else you can go as someone's guest) Non-resident memberships are very reasonable; $40--$60 depending on the size of your familyper month

It really depends on the program you are interested in. Some are geared for tots, others are for youth, teens, adults, and seniors. I suggest you visit the Rocky River City website and follow the links to Recreation and the most current program guide.
