Completely incompetent facility. My Dad was brought here from the hospital for rehab. Room not set up for him bc they had no idea he was coming. He has dementia and with active covid that made him weak and a fall risk. He was left in a room with a mask on coughing with phlegm. Acency staff were on their phones, watching tv and eating. No one ever went in the room to care for him. The supervisor, male, who was in charge did nothing to help him. They told us he was never admitted bc the lady in charge of admissions "went home bc she was overwhelmed." Therefore, no medication was given for his cough. They told us someone would check on him every 15 minutes, bed would be down and mats up bc he was a fall risk....never happened. I demanded to have him transferred out bc of poor care. The supervisor said it would be 2-3 hours. We freely went in and out of his covid room caring for him bc the Staff did not. We asked an agency nurse to bring him water bc his cough was getting worse. We took his pulse oxygen ourselves and it dropped to a dangerous 88. The agency assistant saw this and said she was going to tell the nurse. No one came in. I had to call 911 and have him removed before they killed him. Oh and their phone service didnt allow me to make a call out, so i needed to shut my internet off. Our hearts were breaking for him. This facility should be shut down.

My experience was excellent seeing my ❤️ friend was lovely. The facility is clean the staff is knowledgeable about the residents. They are also protective of the residents. Finally the staff is very polite professional.

Poor/ lack of staffing and many of the staff that are there are rude of full of excuses as to why your loved one is neglected. Substandard care of the residents. Complaints get ignored. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
