This place is a very strange vibe. We walked in early on a Friday night for an unexpected date night and the host didn’t acknowledge us and when we got their attention they said it was an hour wait (but the place looked empty). We asked about the bar and they said it’s full (when we could clearly see it was NOT full - only a couple people there). We are going to go somewhere else and then they told us they could get us in (after about 10 minutes, haha, not an hour). We were seated (and it was almost completely empty) and ordered food. I got the crab legs, he got the seared scallops. The crab legs were pretty good but a bit overdone. They brought my husband the wrong dish but quickly brought out the right one. The scallops were a bit fishy. We weren’t even halfway done with our meals and they brought the check and said “no rush” but definitely felt like we were being rushed out (of an empty restaurant). Not even offered dessert. Seems like this place is exclusive for locals or something. Not sure, but very strange vibes. Decent food. Wouldn’t go back.

Excellent dinner. Raw oysters were delicious!! Fish N Chips were delicious too!!! Service started out slow but once she got caught up did fine.

We just ate here for the first time, and we will most definitely be back! The food was great, and we ordered a variety of things to share and we had no complaints at all. The clams are cooked in the best most flavorful sauce I've ever had ... and I'm not a clam lover.. until I had these. All the food was delicious, but those clams take the cake for sure ! Great service, great food, great drinks!

The atmosphere is very interesting, quiet without music. There was hushed conversations as the wood walls provided unique listening experiences. Our server was very nice and attentive. They brought our food in a timely manner and kept out drinks filled. The food however, is where things declined. We ordered a bay shrimp cocktail and onions rings for an appetizer with fish and planks (their unique take on the chips) for dinner. While the onion rings were fine even with half the batter missing, the bay shrimp cocktail caught me off guard. Presentation was good, the contents were not for me. We had ½ inch chunks of raw celery with chopped iceberg lettuce. I'm not a huge fan of either of those in a seafood cocktail. I removed the celery and cut up the lettuce. The fish and planks were okay. The coleslaw was very sweet. With a long history of service we know this is a beloved place for many patrons and that's why we went.
