Made a reservation, prepaid and called ahead to let them know my 19 year old daughter would be arriving a day before me...when she arrived they refused to allow her check in...manager says it is against policy? She can vote, she can serve in the military, smoke, drive and you will not allow her to sleep in a hotel room that I paid for? Then refused to refund my payment, never again will I stay at any Holiday Inn property. Even if it is your policy in fine print, perhaps you should state that when a guest calls to explain the situation. Fortunately the Hilton property down the street was kind enough to take care of her. Skip this place and perhaps allowing your children to be out on the street.

I rented a 2 queen size bed room. Service was friendly as usual. Unfortunately, the room was not up to par. It was clean but the bathroom was not. There was a huge crack in the wall of shower stall that looked awful. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower either. There were very few towels also. This is lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping crew and supervisor. When you pay $200 for a room, you expect it to be pristine and have everything in order. I've been a gold member of Holiday Inn for a long time and I'm very disappointed with this room. Will have to go to Hampton Inn next time.

This place prominently displays enhanced cleaning as an enticement to stay in it’s “luxurious” hotel. Wrong! $350 a night for a filthy hotel beginning with the bathroom. Hair on the floor, mildewed exterior shower enclosure and dark mildew, algae or mold inside the shower, along with a cracked fake tile shower wall. Asking the front desk to have the bathroom cleaned was a waste of time. Someone came in but nothing changed! The bed had a hard, lumpy mattress. The TV did not work and has to request someone fix it. Thankfully they did. Our”view” was the dumpster. Self-serve breakfast was definitely not an exercise in social distancing. Too few tables and too small an area created a nightmare. Will never stay in a Holiday In again, Express or otherwise !

Stayed here couple of different nights on our vacation trip. Very convenient location to start and end you trip as you travel to other places and stay in different other hotels in between. Very close proximity to the airport and a few other scenic areas close by. Very very happy with the complimentary breakfast, quite rooms even though a major is near by. Rooms are clean but during my stay on 2 different rooms first one had ghost flushing and water leaking toilet plus no working bathroom vent exhaust which was a bit disgusting. Second room on my way back he after the trip also didn't have working bathroom vent. Hope they fix them soon. Otherwise very nice staff as well.
