Our flight was cancelled and we stayed here because other hotels in the area were fully booked. They gave us a free shuttle ride from the airport even very late at night. Service was great. Rooms are very nice, new and modern. Lots of food choices in the area and even though they were open all night, only drive throughs were open so we couldn't get anything. We could have tried harder but we were tied and went to bed. Flight was rescheduled for afternoon and this hotel gave us a late checkout. Breakfast was really pretty good for a hotel breakfast. We got another few shuttle ride back to the airport. Only minor issue was shuttle driver was a little late to work. We had plenty of time so it wasn't an issue and we're glad to have the service. I would definitely stay here again and can fully recommend the hotel.

This was the perfect spot to stay during a long business training session. Rooms were always clean and nice layout. Service was always met with a smile and all the staff are quite accommodating. Location was great as it was very close to the I-10 and 202 loop, also very near to the Sky Harbor Airport. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus available too. Breakfast was simple (oatmeal, cereal, omlettes, sandwiches, waffles) but very filling. Highly recommend staying here while in Phoenix.

Stayed in March 2022, great location, the facility is amazing! We had a room with a king and sofa bed very accommodating for my family of 4. The staff were amazing! The front desk staff were the best, this is what made it for me great service. Will definitely be staying here again!

Home2Suites in Phoenix was a wonderful place to stay. I truly felt like I was at home - more like an honoree guest in someone's home. The breakfast is hot and ready, coffee is in the lobby all day long, the room includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and hot plate! We saved so much money just buying groceries instead of going out to eat. They even have dishes and silverware in the rooms!! There was a separate seating area to watch TV, read books, or just talk. This was much preferred to having to sit on the bed all the time. The staff treated me like family and was always willing to help or provide what I needed. They welcomed me every time I came into the lobby. It was a very pleasant experience!
