Let’s be honest…. im in tears at how horrible this place is to live. Your home is supposed to be a place you love to be and can relax. but this place causes me so much anger and stress. The new management does not care about the well being of this place, the residents, or safety. We pay for a secure place and all the doors are unlocked. I don’t even know why we have key fobs. I almost got robbed on my way home from work because someone was able to get into the building. I’ve called management several times about this and they have never fixed it.the place looks, smells, and feels terrible.

If I could give zero stars I would. New management company is absolutely horrendous with follow up and follow through. Not only did they loose my active service requests from the old management company, but they also lost the request I gave them in person when I had to use sick time to leave work because no one was answering the phone or returning any messages for 3 days. They have failed to fix several issues (each reported at least three separate times since the management company took over last month). I have not had a working sink, dishwasher, disposal or washer for over a month and when I reported my dryer broken before hours today there was again no action taken by the community. Do yourself a favor and whatever you do, do not rent at Skywater.

I toured these apartments with Kamauri--she is AMAZING! So down to earth and nice I just loved her, the apartments, & the amenities! When I toured, the landscapers were there working, staff was cleaning the bbq and outdoor lounge areas, even some of the tenants said hi to me. This truly is a great community it was just a little over my budget BUT i'm sure you do really get what you pay for here especially with how nice the apartments are and the awesome amenities! Maybe one day when I get a pay raise :) Thanks for everything Kamauri!

I am writing a review for the exceptional service I received when visiting the apartment complex. I did not end up choosing this place as my home however, it's a nice complex and the amenities alone were great (2 story gym, pool, BBQ with lots of seating areas with TV's, and a large game/lounge room that overlooks the river, to name a few). My first visit with Brittney was great and she followed up with me and answered all my questions and sent me pictures of any layouts that were not available for in-person viewing. The second time I visited, I didn't have an appointment and Teddrick was kind enough to take time to show me the 2 bedroom layout that was not available for viewing at my last visit. He went above and beyond and was kind enough to have helped me when I didn't have an appointment. The location is great with the river walking steps away and Press coffee downstairs for a yummy cup of latte. They also have a large parking garage with electric chargers. The layout of the apartments were spacious and well maintained. Added plus for me is they have gas stoves (instead of electric/induction like most apartment buildings in the area). Highly recommend!
