I was absolutely treated to a great service. The employees made me feel comfortably. Melissa was most professional and her personality was wonderful. Patrick who works in the bar was very polite his service was outstanding. I do not know where the Hilton found such great personnel in this time where it is difficult to even find somebody to work. Positive: We liked that there was a separate tub and shower. Although we came to find out that the bathroom was much smaller than expected. Negative: They double booked us for our first nights stay so we had to scramble to find a place to stay our first night. There was a very strong smoke smell in the halls and on the elevator. The halls and rooms were dark during both the day and the night.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I like having a balcony so you can enjoy the warm Arizona evenings. The room was really clean and modern. The hotel had a lot of amenities with the two restaurants and the store / Starbucks. It had one of the nicer fitness rooms that I've seen in any hotel which I used. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were really good and I like all the different seating areas in the main lobby where you can sit and unwind. Very close to the airport. The staff was very helpful with a couple things that I needed help with.

Wonderful staff for the most part. The rooms worn down (carpet had stains). I’m honestly tired of being loyal to Hilton, and as a Diamond member, they’re closing Executive Lounges in America. I picked this hotel for that service, only to find it wasn’t offered. This isn’t the first time that happened to me with Hilton. I paid an arm and a leg for the room, and was very disappointed. Shuttle was a long wait, and the person working the night desk wasn’t friendly, and was very rude when I asked for directions to locate it. Very short with me.
