Had a amazing experience at The Yess Boxing Club. It was a pleasure working with and learning from Joe for 2 years. Teaching me everything from the fundamentals, putting quality attention into every step of the way. Along with being a great boxing coach, Joe has been there for me through any injuries I may have come across, always gave me helpful advice on how to stretch and how to prevent in the future. He also gives practical advice that will not only guide you in the ring but through all aspects of life. Overall a great guy to work with and be able to turn to with questions about... anything. Welcoming atmosphere in the gym with great people, everyone working towards their own goals. No doubt that you will become stronger physically and mentally in this gym.

This boxing club is truly authentic. The trainers are dedicated and take the time to understand their clients to help them achieve their personal goals as well as providing them the confidence to break out of their comfort zone. In addition, everyone that goes has a chill vibe. So it is a positive environment where you can learn from each other.

This isn’t your typical group boxing class where you just swing your arms till you sweat for cardio. Joe really teaches you boxing. From footwork, to jabs, hooks, how to PROPERLY swing and hit a punching bag, etc. I can’t stress the word PROPERLY enough because you can really injure yourself lifting, or boxing wrong and Joe makes sure to teach you everything to perfection to avoid that. Old school boxing vibes and the energy from him and others around is always positive. If you want to learn boxing this is the place to go!
