Be careful!! I signed up for 3 months membership and did not continue afterwards as I relocated to another state. After 6-7 months I got a call from a debt collector learning they renewed my membership, even though they never informed me or called me. I had to deal with a rude and yelling debt collector. Finally, I got the document from them and realized that there was a fake signature for my name on a membership document that I had never seen. After contacting to Title, debt collector calls ended but it was a terrible experience and an unacceptable fraud.

No- the classes are designed to be a workout through using boxing techniques. Many of the trainers have previous boxing careers however- they may be able to point you in the right direction for this type of gym!
Its boxing fitness but they do personal training sessions too not sure if they teach technique through that and what not...
